:낙원상가 리모델링 계획안

본 프로젝트는 낙원악기상가 리모델링 계획안이다. 

1층이었던 보도를 2층으로 올려 다리를 형성 하여 낙원상가의 열악한 보행 환경을 보완하고 지상부 아파트를 철거하여 도시 미관을 살렸다. 

성벽, 딱딱한 도시 공간이 아닌 다시 활기찬 음악이 흐르는 도시의 중심지로 만들기 위해 음악학교 리모델링 프로젝트를 계획하였다.

This project is a plan to remodel the Nakwon Arcade. 

The sidewalk, which used to be the first floor, was raised to the second floor to form a bridge to compensate for the poor walking environment of  Nakwon Arcade and to remove apartments on the ground to revive the city's beauty.

The remodeling project of the music school was planned to make it the center of the city where lively music flows again, not the walls and rigid urban spaces.
