많은 사람들이 재택근무를 하는 비울이 증가하면서 직장이 아닌 집에서 일을 하게 되는 경우가 많아지게 되었다. 하지만 주거와 업무의 분리가 부족하였고, 사무용품이 부족한 것이 문제점으로 제기되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 업무와 주거의 여러 가지 유형들을 결합하여 여러 가지 유닛을 만들어내었다. 또한 업무 중 휴식 공간을 위해 자연을 건물로 끌어드려 쾌적한 환경을 만들어냈다.

주민들이 집에서 업무를 보면서 휴식을 위한 공간을 만들기 위해 넓은 테라스를 만들어 주어 넓은 휴식공간을 확보하는 동시에 테라스에 녹지 공간을 만들 수 있게 만들어 주어 주민들이 자유롭게 테라스를 활용하여 각자의 개성에 맞게 휴식공간을 꾸미고 녹지를 꾸며 자연을 수직적으로 상승시켜 준다.

Many people have become more likely to work from home, not from work, as the number of people working from home increases. However, there was a lack of 

separation between housing and work, and the lack of office supplies has been raised as a problem. To address this problem, we combined different types of 

work and housing to create different units. It also created a pleasant environment by bringing nature to the building for a rest area during work.

It creates a spacious terrace to create a space for relaxation while working at home, allowing residents to freely use the terrace to decorate and decorate the rest area according to their individuality, vertically raising nature.
