울산광역시 남구에 위치해있던 청사가 이전을 하게되면서 도심이 침체되고 활력을 잃게되었습니다. 이 곳에 새로운 활력 및 공간을 창출하고, 세대간 어울림 공간을 조성하기위해 도시재생을 진행중이며. '상권활성화 및 일자리창출'을 위한 공간과 연계하여 활력을 되찾기위한 스타트업 공유오피스를 프로젝트로 선정하였습니다.

층별로 크기가 다른 오프닝을 주어 커뮤니티와 네트워킹이 잘 일어날 수 있는 공간을 만들었습니다.

With the relocation of the government building in Nam-gu, Ulsan, the center of the city has been stagnant and has lost its vitality. In order to create a new vitality and space and create a harmonious space between generations, we have selected a startup shared office to revitalize the commercial area and create jobs.

Each floor has a different opening, creating a space where communities and networking work well.
