[대지선정]

1. 세종에는 15개 국책연구기관과 44개의 중앙행정기관이 있습니다.

2. 세종시 공무원들이  서울 잦은출장으로 인해 불편함을 겪고있습니다.

3. 세종시로 국회를 이전할 경우 행정부의 업무효율 및 정책품질 향상, 국민,지방정부와의 소통강화, 균형발전과 지방분권의 상승효과, 정부 정책기조 부합등 효율적인 국정운영을 하게 됩니다.

[Selection]

1. There are 15 national research institutes and 44 central administrative agencies in Sejong.

2. Sejong City officials are experiencing inconvenience due to frequent business trips to Seoul.

3. If the National Assembly is relocated to Sejong City, it will improve the efficiency and policy quality of the administration, strengthen communication with the people and local governments, promote balanced development and decentralization, and comply with government policies. 

[디자인 컨셉]

보이는 것 보이지 않는것의 연결 _ 보이는 것은 사람의 시야각 ,  보이지 않는 것은  사이트 내 지형의 흐름을 선으로 연결하여 접근하였습니다.

[Design Concept]

Connecting what you see and what you see and what you see and what you don't see is a line of terrain on the site.

[변화를 준점]

일반 시민들이 편하게 다가올수있도록 층수를 기존 7층에서 4층으로 낮추고 좌우 입구를 열어 접근을 편하게 해봤습니다.

[Discord of Change]

To make it easier for ordinary citizens to approach, we lowered the number of floors from the 7th floor to the 4th floor and opened the left and right entrances to make it easier for the public to approach.
