- 줄거리

4차 산업혁명의 원동력이 되었던 청계천.을지로 구역 도심 제조업, 상권 강제이전과 생산체계 문화의 변화에 따라 도심 제조업의 자리는 없어져간다...

그로 인해 쇠퇴와 낙후의 상징으로 여겨지게 되며 그 일대 도시재생과 재정비가 이루어졌으나 세운상가는 도시재생의 성공으로 ‘아름다운 꽃’이라 불리고, 도심 제조업 일대는 재정비에 실패하여 ‘시들해진 꽃’으로 전락하며 그 일대는 재개발이 이루어져 장인(기존 상인)들의 일자리를 잃어가고 있다...

- 계획의도

4차 산업혁명의 원동력이며 서로 유기적인 맞물림 속에 긴밀한 산업 네트워크가 형성되어 있고 나아가 미래의 혁신을 확보할 수 있는 도심 제조업 일대의 가치를 보존하고 장인들을 위한 공간을 마련

- 컨셉

아날로그(기존의 장인)와 디지털(세운상가, 청년)의 단절된 상황을 해결하고 아날로그와 디지털을 연결하여 교류하고 공존할 수 있는 ‘이음터’로 작용

- Plot

Cheonggyecheon was the driving force of the fourth industrial revolution.The change in urban manufacturing culture, forced relocation of the Euljiro area's commercial district, and the production system have led to the disappearance of the city's manufacturing position.

As a result, it was considered a symbol of decline and backwardness, so urban regeneration and reorganization took place, but Sewoon Shopping Center was called a beautiful flower as it succeeded in urban regeneration, and the urban manufacturing area turned into a withering flower.

- Planning intent

It is the driving force of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and provides space for artisans and preserving the value of the urban manufacturing sector where close industrial networks are formed in organic engagement with each other.

- Concept

Resolve the disconnected situation between analog (existing craftsman) and digital (Sewoon Shopping Center, youth) and act as a 'joint' where analog and digital can be connected to interact and coexist
