<Prologue>

 자갈치시장을 찾는 시민과 관광객들이 지난 20년간 이용해 온 자갈치 공영주차장 이곳은 지난 1997년 한 업체가 주차장을 지은 뒤 중구청과 계약을 맺어 20년간 무상으로 운영해왔다. 이번에 계약이 만료 되면서 서구와 중구의 갈등이 일어났다. 서구는 노후 주차장을 철거 하고 시민을 위한 친수 공간을 만들어야 한다는 입장이며 중구는 일대 주차난이 심각해진다는 이유로 주차장 철거를 반대하고 있다.

이러한 서로의 갈등문제와 복합적인 환경을 건축으로 풀어 보고자 한다.

나의 프로젝트는 주차장과 친수공간을 같이 풀어보며 매워져 있던 보수천의 복원을 하며 자연에 대한 문제와 주차건물의 안좋은 인식을 바꿀수 있는 건물을 생각해보았다.

Jagalchi Public Parking Lot, which has been used by citizens and tourists visiting Jagalchi Market for the past 20 years, has been operated free of charge for 20 years since a company built a parking lot in 1997.

As the contract expired this time, conflicts between the West and Jung-gu occurred. Seo-gu District Office is in a position to remove old parking lots and create a hydrophilic space for citizens, while Jung-gu District opposes the removal of parking lots on the grounds that parking shortages in the area become serious.

We would like to solve these conflicts and complex environments through architecture.

My project is to come up with a building that can solve parking lots and waterfront areas together, restore the Bosu Stream, and change the bad perception of nature and parking buildings.
